Gearworks HP10 high pinion thirdmembers have won more off road races than any other high pinion drop out. Our attention to detail, using only the highest quality components and thorough testing has made for a winning combination.  Every thirdmember is run on our test stand for 30 minutes before shipment to validate preloads, and to check for leaks and vibrations. All you have to do is drop it in and go racing! They include a high quality shipping container included at No Charge!

Each thirdmembers is especially set up for your application. Whether it’s a front or rear application we have you covered. With carrier bores in 3.25″, 3.812″ and 4.00″  you can run a 35 spline, 40 spline, 45 spline or even our huge 2.375″ 36 spline axle.  Our housings are already clearanced, drilled and tapped for ARB air lockers. The 3.812″ and 4″ cases utilize massive 9/16″  8740 chrome moly main studs with huge billet chromoly main caps and have 2 load bolts. The 3.25″ case uses forged main caps and ARP Chromoly cap screws for retention and a single load bolt.  The tail bearing uses a .812″ tall bearing adding capacity over others housings and is retained by a bolt in retainer plate.  They include a hard anodized 2024 billet Pinion Support with large Timken bearings, a National double lip pinion seal with a dust exclusion lip, 1/2″ ARP ring gear bolts, and a billet 1350 yoke with a seal guard welded on.  The gear sets are Shot Peened and REM Polished.
